WeExperience is a FAKE experience company based out of New York led by fake CEO Peter Kemp. Peter Kemp, the founder and CEO, WeExperience, LLC, a subsidiary,  confirmed on multiple occasions to all currently hired/working employees that his company has been funded by WeWork in the amount of a $30MM investment. Upon direct communication with several WEWORK employees and WEWORK teams ranging from Mergers and Acquisitions, Communications, Legal, Partnerships, Internal Business, and more, we have determined that Peter Kemp in fact lied in completion. Peter Kemp and WEEXPERIENCE.WORLD have zero relationship with WEWORK. In fact, WEEXPERIENCE, LLC is not even a legal company without any LLC ever being formally filed.

 Beginning earlier this year Kemp hired a robust leadership team, including former top level executives from major global corporations including: Conde Nast, Netflix, NFL, Time, Endeavor, Mattel, Uber, Gatorade, Fox Sports, Viacom, Tastemade, and Quintessentially with lawyers, creatives, product teams, marketers, financial officers, communications leaders, etc. Every single one of these employees negotiated and executed employment contracts, submitted personal information for payroll, and provided Peter Kemp with significant work and resources. In one case, a senior level individual is currently out over $800,000 while another executive hired a team and exercised his own resources to fund the hiring of those employees.

Peter Kemp has yet to make payroll of any kind to any and all employees referred to above, stealing and defrauding millions of dollars worth of service/intel/relationships from staff. Peter Kemp has consistently promised payment (some dating back and owed from February of this year!) and consistently apologized for issues blaming payment service ADP.  ADP has confirmed they have never spoken to Peter Kemp and no association to WEEXPERIENCE has been made.

Kemp has left employees with months of bills to pay and no job and no money. He discontinued returning calls, emails or texts once agreed to salary/payroll payment demands reached a tipping point – as recent as this week. Kemp has collected/stolen all personal identification information including ss#, banking information, home address, etc. and deleted company emails to avoid employees gathering information.

It is illegal per New York State Labor Law and New York State Common Law to behave in the manner Peter Kemp has.

This man must be stopped. Peter Kemp was also allegedly involved in a fraud case with the Southern District of New York, which any basic google search can find. Please help us in spreading the word on this with liking, sharing and directing this story to anyone who might be interested.
